- Curated proposals: You'll receive a personalized selection of thoughtfully crafted options. If we don’t hit the mark the first time, we refine until it feels just right.
- Booking: Once you've chosen your ideal itinerary, you’ll securely authorize payment through our trusted platform, Tern. We then book directly with the cruise line, tour operator, or vendor using your payment information.
- Final touches: You'll receive your confirmations and a timeline for next steps. We’ll follow up before final payments are due, and again once your travel documents are issued.
- While you're away: We check in during your trip to ensure all is going smoothly—and we’re available throughout should you need anything.
- Welcome home: Once you return, we’ll follow up to hear how it went and gather your feedback.
